How to submit a Charge Inquiry

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Charge Inquiry”.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the first 6 digits of the card.
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card.
5. Describe your question in the description field and submit the form.

The form asks only for these partial card details. Never send your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Our support team replies to the email address you enter on the form.
