How do I request cancellation of my Find My Manual subscription?

You can ask the Find My Manual support team to cancel your subscription by submitting a request in this Help Center.

How to request cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Subscription”.
2. Enter your email address.
3. Enter the first 6 digits of the card.
4. Enter the last 4 digits of the card.
5. Describe your cancellation request in the description field and submit the form.

You will see a request number on screen once the request reaches our support team. The form asks only for these partial card details — never send your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Our support team replies to the email address you enter on the form.
